This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Triple unit building. It has a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, and 2 nice-sized bedrooms. There are a couple of hallway closets for additional storage. You can use the large yard next to the parking lot. It is a shared common space for fun activities or just relaxing. There is an on-site laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer to be used by the tenants only. The tenant pays a $135 Utility fee (provides water/sewer/trash) and is responsible for their own Electric bill. This unit is pet friendly. Monthly Rent is $800, $135 Utility Fee, Security Deposit is $900 and a Move-in admin. fee of $100.
