This multi-themed, professionally designed home is situated within a short-term rental townhouse development just 3 miles from Broadway and 0.5 miles from the brand new Landings at River North mixed-use development featuring retail, restaurants, and more, opening in late 2024.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints, and a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered, and maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, decor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed, and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint is allowed. Any added decor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. The AC must be set to 70F or higher at all times. Setting it lower can cause the system to freeze and stop working. The AC unit in the garage must be turned off when not in use. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we'll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. While we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur. While we try to notify guests in advance, we cannot control or refund for external noise from neighboring activity. The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund if there is evidence of house rule violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, property, or quiet enjoyment of other residents.
