The area offers a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. For longer trips, driving or using a ride-share service is recommended. The home includes one parking space in the driveway for guest use. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, with a $250 cleaning fee for odor removal if violated. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 fine per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity.
