The living/dining/bedroom area are all combined into one large layout. This is only suited for 1 adult person or an adult couple. No parties. No drugs. No cats. Dogs are considered with prior approval, pet fee, pet deposit required. We are seeking a monthly renter for a 6-12 month term - possible to extend the term longer.
