Pros: This family-owned home was built in 1895 and has plenty of SF charm. The neighborhood is very quiet and parking is reasonable. The apartment has a small bedroom (can fit a queen), an office, kitchen, living room, and sunroom (best part!). There is plenty of storage. The backyard has a lawn, garden and a barbeque. The neighbors are great. Cons: Unfortunately there are no pets allowed at this time and parking is not included. If you are interested, please email for an application and introduce yourself. Please include social media if you have it. Property owner pays water and garbage. Tennant is responsible for having trash containers available for pickup and returning can to storage area.
