    Friendly onsite owner (lives on other side of duplex). Basic reno of historic home in beautiful neighborhood. Ample street parking under shade trees. Some weird flooring issues—scorch marks on bedroom planks, unlevel in some areas and mismatched vinyl tile in others. Small bedrooms w tiny closets. Third bedroom (with tile) feels more like a laundry room.
