No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
