One window air conditioner in the centrally-located dining room window is a legacy from a prior tenant and will stay with the apartment. Pets require prior written approval from the property owner and payment of a fee that varies by the type of pet. Pet approval is not guaranteed. A cat will usually be approved, $400 fee. A dog will be less likely to be approved, but if approved will have a $500 fee. Other pets (such as fish and birds), and the fee required will need to be negotiated.
