We welcome up to 4 dogs per stay. Small dogs have a fee of $60 each, and large dogs have a fee of $100 each. A maximum of 2 compact cars per unit can park on the street. Additional vehicles must park on the street. This community is known for its tranquil residential atmosphere, with tree-lined streets and well-maintained homes. Downtown Orlando is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is around a 20-minute drive. Universal Studios Florida is about 25 minutes away. Lake Underhill Park and the Hourglass District are nearby. This unit shares walls and a ceiling with another unit, and as part of a quadruplex, you may hear some noise from neighboring guests. Please be mindful and keep noise levels low from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and loud noise are not allowed, and quiet hours should be respected after dark. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Windows do not open. Do not move furniture. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only. A crate is required if left alone indoors. A leash is required when outside. No pets are allowed on furniture, so please bring your pet's bedding. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors.
