First-time renter program available with a 6-month initial lease term when all other requirements are met. Income: At least 6 months of consistent, verifiable income. Gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Examples: 30 days of most recent pay stubs from employer, new job offer letter signed and dated, benefits award letter dated within the last 60 days, Self-employed- must provide 2 most recent years of signed tax returns with Schedule C. Pets: We accept a maximum of 2 pets up to 25 lbs, with an additional monthly Pet Fee of $30 per pet. All pets must be at least 1 year old. Proof of spaying or neutering and vaccinations is required.
