Beach towels are not provided. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of the properties. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to federal law. The traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed.
