Pool, hot tub, fire pit, and barbecue (perfect for relaxing or entertaining). Home gym, washer, and dryer utilities included: internet, electricity, garbage, and water. A positive, supportive living environment (good vibes guaranteed)
A Little About Us
We're both full-time entrepreneurs who work from home. Our values? Respect, kindness, positivity, and professionalism. We'd love to welcome someone who feels the same, whether you're an entrepreneur, a frequent traveler, or working a steady 9 5.
From time to time, we travel internationally and may ask for small favors like feeding our two cats, Vincent & Julius , their morning wet food, and watering the plants. (Don't worry, they're super chill.) We live an active lifestyle. Gym is a nonnegotiable morning, run, and healthy eating, meditation, grounding, and we would love to find someone on the same page. Oh, and car lovers too!
Lease Details
Long-term lease (12+ months): $1,650/month
Short-term lease (6-month minimum): $1,750/month
Pet fee: $100/month (if applicable)
Refundable deposit: $1,000
Background check + 3 references required
At least 2 years of employment history preferred
