The open-concept kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and basic kitchenware for simple meal preparation. Guests can enjoy high-speed internet and a cooling and heating system with humidifier control for added comfort. A washer and dryer are available for long-term guests. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage and a few locked owner's closets. Parking is limited to a maximum of three standard-sized vehicles.
