The space features original hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a charming clawfoot tub. Enjoy a yard with gardens and convenient off-street parking. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and our space is cannabis-friendly for responsible adult use. We pay sewer, water, internet, and trash. Tenants pay 30% of the Excel bill each month. Want to fully disclose that we are just a mom and pop and not a big company. We have just installed a tankless hot water tank that will provide endless amounts of hot water, as well as a Halo water purification system. This unit does have central air and heat.
