Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of eight or more guests or available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Situated in a nice and safe neighborhood, this home is equipped with exterior cameras for added security without intruding on your privacy. The location is ideal for those attending events at the Infinite Energy Arena, with a simple and quick commute. Enjoy the convenience of nearby local eateries and markets, as well as easy highway access for trips to Downtown Atlanta. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Please do not park any car on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of four standard-size cars allowed on the premises. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given, and a pet policy must be agreed upon before check-in. The house is equipped with cameras outside for security purposes, and guests are expected to respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. Any violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
