135 Woodside Meadow Rd

I live on site, in a separate house from the apartment for rent, which is over a two car garage. The property is large, allowing a dog as a pet, to have some space. The garage is heated and has one space inside for the tenant. We are on Woodside Meadow Road, off of Southside Road, in York, Maine. We are a very short distance from the York River, the York Golf and Tennis Club, the York Hospital, York schools, and the village. The beaches are only a few miles away. Route One is a mile the other way and goes directly into the Kittery outlets! Owner pays all utilities, landscaping and snow removal. Two pets is the maximum, prefer one cat, one dog. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Rent is due first of each month, security deposit required with first month's rent. Rent is $1900. Lease terms are negotiable. Apartment may be furnished or unfurnished, at renter's request. Available January 1, 2026.
