Large FULLY FURNISHED Mid-Term Rental condo with two floors in a convenient and calm neighborhood. Less than 1 mile away from Surfside Beach (the family beach). In this space, you'll have two floors to yourself. SLEEPING: - 3 Queen Bed in own individual bedrooms (bedding provided) - 1 Queen pullout couch (in loft area. bedding provided) - 1 Twin-sized cot bed (NO BEDDING PROVIDED* Located under one of the upstairs twin beds) - 1 Pack and Play (NO BEDDING PROVIDED* Located in bedroom closet by kitchen) BATHROOMS: - 3 FULL Baths. Two on main level and one upstairs. ABOUT THE AREA: - Lovely, quiet neighborhood in Myrtle Beach (Retreat at Glenns Bay) but away from all the noise and traffic! - Our condo is a short walk from our neighborhood pool (open seasonally from April-Oct). Note: no lifeguard on duty and no pool passes needed. - Take advantage of our 3 private balconies and relax with a book or a morning cup of joe. UTILITIES and CLEANING FEE: - All utilities are included except for electricity (tenant will pay electric bill every month). - A one-time $200 Cleaning fee required at signing. SECURITY DEPOSIT: - $1,000.00 (due at lease signing. This is refundable if property is left as found (besides routine normal cleaning) and there are no damages and all house rules are followed). RULES: - NO Pets, NO Smoking, NO Subletting, Quiet Hours from 9-6 AM PARKING: - Tenant will be given 2 parking passes (one for our assigned spot and one to park in any available blank spot infront of the condo). There is also extra parking in the overflow lot by the pool where no pass is needed. Please note, if you park infront of the condo, YOU MUST have a parking pass or they will tow. Available for Mid-Term Renters (Minimum 1 month lease- Maximum 8 months lease). All utilities are included besides Electricity. Tenant will be sent electric bill monthly and will be charged based off usage.
