Enjoy the sunroom and pool table, conveniently located right off the kitchen area and leading to the outdoor patio. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a queen bed with a tub and shower, the third bedroom has two double beds with a half bath, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Pet friendly, up to a maximum of two, with a fee of $100 for each pet. A maximum of 3 cars is allowed to be parked in the driveway due to neighborhood rules. No trailers, commercial vehicles, or parking on grass or sidewalk. You'll find the neighborhood is great for taking long walks to exercise. Minimum rental age is 25. Check-in time is from 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. No smoking or vaping on the property. No parties, events, or guests not on the booking. No firearms or weapons. Landscapers access the property once a week to maintain the green space. Trash can goes out Monday and Thursday morning and should be kept inside the garage when not in use.
