Property
The upper floor was in fine condition, large open spaces, though a little light on power outlets. The lower floor however, was a basement with carpeting, and the smell that goes along with it. In addition to a clinging mildew smell, the carpet has numerous burns, and the heating radiator needed a small repair. All forgivable, but the choice to put carpet there at all less so. Otherwise the lower level had similarly large spaces, with better power access, and two comfy, private bedrooms.
Management
He was fine and knowledgeable, though a little late.
