The kitchen has recently had a new sink faucet and microwave installed. In the basement is the washer/dryer. The spacious backyard is a rarity in this area, with ample space for a furry friend or relaxing evenings. The walk-in garage space comes with the unit and protects cars from the cold Ohio winters and snow. Pets are welcome with no deposit fee but a monthly $25 fee per animal. We are a family run management company. The lease is available for a year term. Longer lease terms are available upon negotiation. There is no application fee, and unit is first come first serve once security deposit is received. Lease start date is a little flexible.
