This unit has brand new flooring installed 3 months ago Includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer down the hall, first floor, ground level access with 2 entries/exits to the patio/lawn (easy move in), and pets are allowed. The landlord company is great, if I have a maintenance issue it's fixed same day or next day always. Really quiet building and friendly neighbors, I never hear any noise. Reach out and we can discuss the sublease transition process! Renter pays gas and electric. Owner pays water, garbage, and internet. 2 shared washers and 2 dryers down the hall, paid electronically on an app. No smoking allowed
