We are a family-run and family-owned property at 137 West 83rd St, and have been for the last thirty-five years. 137 West 83rd St has been owned and operated by myself and my family since the 80s, and in that time we have seen countless tenants come and go.
The Unit in question (Unit 3E) is one of the best units in the building. Fully freshly renovated, absolutely brand new, and with works only having been completed in late 2023. We have had tenants in the unit for the past year, but you would only be the second set of tenants to live in the unit. The previous tenants did not have pets, and have left the unit in stellar condition.
Unit 3E is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit; with an enormous living room that includes an attached kitchen.
Please note that we are a small, family-owned, and family-operated property; even the StreetEasy listings are done without a broker. We are not some faceless corporation that owns five-hundred properties within the city, and is thus willing to take on risky tenants. We are very selective with our tenants, whom we treat as family.
