Lease Agreement Terms 1.Utilities: The Tenant is responsible for the payment of all utilities associated with the leased premises, including but not limited to electricity, gas, and any other services required to operate the property. The Owner will remain responsible for water (including trash removal, as it is part of the water bill), property taxes, and insurance. 2.No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the leased premises. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. Violations of this policy may result in penalties or termination of the lease. 3.Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises.
