Beautifully situated with a beach access boardwalk directly across the street, this home provides plenty of room for your family and friends to relax after a day spent in Port St. Joe's soft white sand. Enter through a screened-in porch, one of three at the house, to find a main-level living space that's open, air-conditioned, and full of sunlight, bringing together the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. The house is directly across from the beach, just a 2-minute walk.
This spacious home features four themed bedrooms and six bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation. The large living area, free washer and dryer, outdoor fire pit, and putting green enhance the experience. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, perfect for gatherings. The bedrooms include a MIL suite with a queen bed, bedroom 1 with a queen bed, bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and bedroom 4 with two twin beds. Additional amenities include outdoor patio furniture, a grill, and a firepit.
Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval required. We allow one house-trained dog with a pet fee applied and subject to a security deposit. For additional parking, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr for overflow parking, and during the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted.
Affectionately referred to by the locals as a "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe offers a casual escape with its soft, sandy beaches, snorkeling in the Gulf of Mexico, and fishing excursions. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina perfect for al fresco dining. Local restaurants serve fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. Kids will love attractions like the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center and George Core Park.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Plumbing is extremely sensitive, and a fine of up to $500 will apply for violations. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and additional guidelines are posted within the home. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
