    What's special

Unit shared with landlord Hi there, I have an unfurnished room for rent in my 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. I'm looking for somebody who is single (no couples) and in their 30s-early 40s, who has stable income, and is willing to commit to a 6 month lease, with the potential to renew. The move in date would is flexible, but I'm looking for someone sooner rather than later (I am the owner and would also be your roommate!). Your room is approximately 14.10 ft x 12.11 ft and has a walk-in closet that is 5.5 ft x 6.10 ft. Your bedroom wall is shared with my office and there is a full bathroom (6.6 ft x 11.2 ft) outside. The condo has panoramic views of downtown San Francisco as does your room. If you'd like to soak up some sun, there's also a large balcony connected to the common areas. About the building/neighborhood itself: you will be staying in the heart of San Francisco, with a walk score of 98, transit score of 100, and a bike score of 99. Muni, BART, and 101 are just steps away; you are essentially close to anything you would want to do in the city. Additional Perks: - In-building gym and conference room - Courtyard with seating area and grills - Walking distance from Costco, Rainbow Grocery, and amazing restaurants/cafes (Zuni Cafe, Dumpling Home, Loquat, Rich Table, to name a few) - Storage space available (additional cost) - Parking available starting at $240/month Who this room is good for: - You do not bring the party back home and are not regularly having people over. - You aren't primarily working from home and are in and out of the condo. - You don't have a lot of stuff that you will be adding to the kitchen or any of the common areas. About me: I'm a 36 year old Bay Area Native, who has also lived in LA, NYC, and Boston. I love the outdoors, music/playing guitar/records/going to shows, food/cooking, craft beer, and exploring the city. I also have an adorable Ragdoll cat, named Jett; she is super friendly and lots of fun! My work-schedule is hybrid; generally, I prefer a convivial environment with my roommates, but I'm also often out doing my own thing. Rent is $2.25k and is due to me at the first of the month. Internet (Google Fiber)/Heat/Water/etc. are all included. I have cleaners come once a month and you would be responsible for 1/3 of the final cost, which generally is around $60/month. If you think you might be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out (it would be great if you can tell me a little about yourself) and we can schedule a video call to better get to know one another. Good luck!
