Wonderful location close to shopping and restaurants, laundry facility is directly across the street. This is a one year lease with an option to renew the lease after the first year is completed. Rent is $1,200 per month, the Security Deposit is $1,499. Owner pays water, sewer, garbage, and landscaping. We are pet friendly to well trained dogs, with an additional deposit of $300 (we do NOT accept dogs on the aggressive dog breed list. There is no additional rent charged for pets . Located at 1400 Hawthorne Avenue #8 in Reedsport, Oregon. Please feel free to drive by the building but do not disturb the current residents. There is a $49 application fee per adult, if you text me your email address I can email you an application. Or you can pick up an application on site. If a prospective tenant has a lower credit score, we have the ability to work with you by asking for an additional security deposit, please reach out and we can discuss . There is additional parking available for RV's, boats, and trailers on site for an additional $50 per month. Owner pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for the electricity.
