Wonderful home to rent with great amenities, perfect area with gate and fence for full protection 24 hours. Home is beautifully filled with incredible upgrades and constant updates when needed. Owner is so personal and willing to work with persons wanting a rental home with personality and ability to live in the most beautiful area of Martinez. I have applied and am hoping it will work out so that I can rent this terrific space that truly shows the lifestyle I am looking for.
