If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
