Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking in the unit/house or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
