The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking in the unit/house or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violations.
