This home is in a prime location, minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M, Anderson and Lemon Tree Parks, and the A&M Golf Course.
Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. If the guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
