HUD Sec 8 offers rental assistance to persons on a lower or fixed incomes. Each rent in figured specifically to the individual. The market rent building is also affordable, but geared towards those above the income cap. Each building is 16 units, all one level with no stairs. We have security entrances, site laundry, community rooms and off street parking. We are located mid-town, close to almost everything.
