I am converting this unit from AIRBNB to a long term rental.
Since the unit is an airbnb, I am offering to sell all of the furniture to the next tenant for $1000 dollars, mostly so they would be able to move in August 1st. This includes all the furniture in the unit, pretty much everything you see it the photos.
If the next tenant is not interested in buying the furniture, it can be removed and the unit will be available the in August to allow me to move all the furniture. With my other units, tenants that bought the furniture most likely got the apartment due to high demand in this area.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex walking distance to Wrigley, Whole Foods, LA Fitness and pubic transit. Right near Southport and Belmont.
Living room and kitchen are on the first floor. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, 1is upstairs, good sized bedrooms and hallway but the ceilings are short in the basement.
Free street parking is easy to find and no permit is required on the block and neighboring blocks.
Free in unit laundry in the unit, feel free to enjoy the courtyard in the backyard, pet friendly and right next to the alley. Very convenient for grocery drop offs or a move in.
Tenant pays heat and electric. Central AC and heat.
Please make sure you READ THE DESCRIPTION and let me know what day you would like to see the unit in the first week of July. Also, please include your desired date of move in. The ideal move in would be probably be August 1st or August 14 due to ease of writing the lease and rent start dates. If you don't mention this, most likely your message won't get a response.
