Pets are allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs, and there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five-night stay. If your stay is more than five nights, a fee of $10 per additional night will apply. Free street parking is available nearby for one vehicle. Be courteous to the neighbors above at all times by keeping noise volumes at a reasonable level. From 10 PM to 8 AM, adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be held responsible for the cost of repair. Always use flat sheets provided to cover the sleeper sofa should you need it to sleep. All linens are provided and can be found inside the sleeper sofa chaise compartment.
