House has 2 large living rooms, recently updated kitchen (new counter, fridge, and dishwasher), cost+heat friendly central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, large fenced in backyard with tree shade, large storage area downstairs, plenty of street parking on side of house (neighborhood is calm, friendly, and no crime issues whatsoever during my current year here).
I (31M) use the basement for my art studio (I'm a University Lecturer and Professional Artist)
