The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, a playground, volleyball courts, a public 18-hole golf course, a golf driving range and putting green, a golf clubhouse and pro shop, and six clay tennis courts and a tennis clubhouse. If you would like to add pool heating, the cost is $35 per day of stay and must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. A pet is welcome with a written notification and approval, limited to one house-trained dog, subject to a pet fee. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
