    This beautiful 4 bedroom 1 bath home is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood located on a sunny wooded lot, fenced yard, with plenty of garden space. No smoking is allowed on the property. The main floor with 2 bedrooms and the upstairs with two bedrooms is one unit. There is separate one bedroom apartment below. Both units have separate entrances. The house has two large decks, a small attached garage and plenty of storage. The garage has a big workbench with a shop light, 220V 70amp service. There is enough space for a Smart Car or a few motor cycles. There is additional off street and on street parking. The large back yard is fenced and has mature landscaping and towering fir trees. Minimal lawn care is included. Gardening is encouraged. Inlaid wood floors greet you in the living room. The fireplace can't be used but adds warmth to the atmosphere. Two curved wood stairs lead from the living room to the rest of the first floor. There are two large bedrooms downstairs and two small bedrooms upstairs. There is one full bath with shower. The kitchen has gas appliances, fan, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. The washer and dryer are fairly new and shared with the basement tenant. The front deck is for your private use. The rear deck is shared with the lovely basement tenant. Pets must be friendly especially because you are sharing the back yard with the downstairs tenant. This Westminster Triangle is a great neighborhood with great express bus service, or Light Rail to Northgate, Downtown, Shoreline College, Ballard, and Fremont. It's also close to the Interurban Trail for bicycle enthusiasts. I love its proximity to coffee shops and The Town and Country Market home of fresh fish and organic produce. Safeway, Fred Meyer, and U-haul are close by. Utilities are billed for by the landlord. The amount billed depends on the number of people living in the upstairs or downstairs. We will have a decision from them soon. -There is no application fee however a credit score of 700 or better is required to see the unit and be considered to rent. -A rental application and credit report through Zillow are necessary to be able to see the unit. -A combined income of at least 3 times the rental amount is required to rent. -All housemates must fill out a rental application and credit report. -Anyone who wants to rent the unit must: View the unit, fill out our Rental Application, and submit the first month's rent. -$500.00 per animal refundable pet deposit. Well behaved Dogs and Cats with good references are welcome. You are expected to clean up after them at all times both outdoors and in. Pets must be friendly especially because you are sharing the back yard with the downstairs tenant. -$500.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit. The unit must be in "swept out condition" and all of the tenant's belongings must be removed upon vacating the property. -Utilities are paid TO the landlord. Utilities are split between the upstairs and the downstairs tenant and divided by the number of people in each unit. -Minimum 12 month rental agreement. -The house is shared with a downstairs tenant. You both have private entrances. -Renters must show proof of Renter's Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability by the day your renting starts. -HVAC is shared with the downstairs tenant. This is a non-smoking property. Candles, incense, smudging, air fresheners are not permitted. -Quiet times are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The washer and dryer are not available during this time period. -The tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. The landlord will provide minimal monthly yard maintenance. -The majority of the garage is reserved for your use. Parking is in th garage is limited by the small size of the garage. Parking in the driveway is also reserved for you. There is also off street parking. No parking on the grass / front / side yard. Please call for an appointment and don't disturb the tenants.
