Full Bathroom w/ shower Personal Washer/Dryer (NO extra fee) Apartment gets good afternoon light - southern light exposure Shared Ecobee heating /AC Additional storage space in entryway. Bedroom (11.5 x 10) w/ closet (can probably fit a queen size bed) Great Location! Blocks away from Danforth Less than 10 minute walk to either Main St or Victoria Park subway station. Very close to 23 & 404 bus lines 2 nice parks within 5 min walk Near commerce section of Danforth Ave (many supermarkets, and everyday-need places) Who We're Looking For: Responsible with on time rent, clean, employed, not unreasonably loud. Smoker ok, but outside only No large parties Ideally no pets (sorry we already have a dog in the house above). Could maybe discuss a dog but definitely no cats unfortunately.
