    This apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom. It is located one block away from downtown LaSalle which offers many great local resturants. There is a local grocery store within a few blocks of the apartment's location. This apartments makes a commute to nearby towns very easy and time efficiant with there being a gas stations close by, in route to any destination traveled. Rossatis pizza is next door, on a good day you'll be able to smell them before you see them. The "Tow Path" is within walking distance as well. Since the loaction is in a mostly commercial area, there is the question of limited parking capacity. Thankfully, there is a 24 hour public parking lot big enough to accommodate local business owners/employees and also the tenants that reside in this building. It is an upstairs apartment unit in an apartment building that has 4 residential units and a commercial unit that is on the ground level. The design of the apartment has allowed too keep the character while still offering modern interior enhancements. The exposed brick wall gives the apartment a slightly industrial look, it is complemented by the original hardwood floors that dates back close to 100 years! There are 9 foot ceilings throughout the entire apartment, which makes it look very spacious but also will increase the heat/cooling bill. That is why I've incorporated a hole in the wall that is shared by the bedroom and livingroom and have covered it with a patterned design. This way there will be a circulation of airflow throught the apartment while enhancing the charater as well. I strongly encorage anyone interested to contact me about setting up a time to see the apartment for themselves! I am an owner of Mulitple rentals in the LaSalle-Peru area, I lease all of my rentals by month-to-month rental agreements. This is designed to create a easy transition into expected future locations, it is not to make the tenant feel unstable of their agreement! As long as there is mutual tenant-landlord respect there will be no worries. The requirements that I encourage for everyone in this buidling revolve around respect our property and also, for the other occupants in it. This apartment is smoke free and will continue to be that way. There is a limited number of parking slots availble so, every applicant should be confortable with street-parking. All of the tenants pay seperate utilities which include electric and water/trash
