Parking is available for up to 6 cars, with 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. Street parking is also allowed. Please note that the boat lift is not for guest use, and outdoor furniture is offered seasonally, as is lake access with kayaks. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. There is a strict no parties policy, and violations are grounds for termination of stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. A security camera is located at the front door to monitor the cleaning team. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported before check-out.
