The unit has a kitchen with full-size appliances (including dishwasher), plenty of storage, a walk-in closet, pull-up sofa bed, desk with VARIDESK for standing, and a queen size bed with storage underneath. The bathroom has a tub/shower, washer/dryer, and a bidet installed on the toilet. Open all of the windows and doors and enjoy the outside private patio! Furnishings include all furniture, kitchenware and tools, and anything else you may need to enjoy your stay (ex: hangers, cleaning supplies, Roku TV, laundry hamper, iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows, etc.).
Located within walking distance of the quiet University of Minnesota St Paul campus in the St Anthony Park neighborhood. If you are here in August, the State Fair, is close (but not too close) and is a must do! Find all you need in an 8 minute walk to Como Avenue where there are restaurants, coffee shops, vintage and gift stores, liquor stores, grocery store, mechanic, post office, and more. The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable, and lush. Transit lines are within 5-12 minute walking distance and get you to downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul and more.

Access to the unit for inspection, maintenance, or repair with at least 24 hours' notice, or immediately in the case of an emergency is allowed.
