The space We've made working from home as comfy as possible with a desk, high-speed internet, streaming TV, bathrobes, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully decked-out kitchen for the home chef. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the 625 sq ft, 1-bedroom unit with one dedicated parking space. Should you need and additional parking spot or garage space, we can offer you that at an additional charge. Other things to note: There is a flight of stairs leading to the unit. The hot tub is available between October and April. The BBQ and back patio are available for your use. My babies (Reba & Karma - Great Pyrenees mixes and Vince, Tommy - cats) live in the main unit with me. The dogs and I shared a fenced backyard with this unit. If you are bringing a pet they must be friendly with other dogs and people. PLEASE NOTE: Month-to-month, but would consider 3, 6 or 9 month lease. Rent varies depending on season/dates/length. All utilities are included. High speed wifi provided. Washer/dryer in unit. Shared hot tub (October through April) in shared, fenced yard with main unit. Fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. No parties. No more than 2 adults. No smoking/vaping or illegal drug use. Pets welcome!
