The place was really old and outdated. It desperately needed to be cleaned as it was dusty and there were spider webs on the patio. The unit doesn't get a lot of sunlight, because the balcony is blocked by trees. Carpet is old. The room doesn't have a closet! You have a wide open concept closet as you're walking towards the restroom, which is problematic if you have guests over. They will be able to see all of your stuff! I think this unit would be really wonderful if it were remodeled. There's a lot of space, especially the nice sized loft, and potential to make it livable. However, at $2100 you can get a nicer, newer place, with a lower deposit.
