Joe Mor, the one who reached out to me about the property, the one whom I had several text message exchanges with neglected to tell me that this particular property had already been renewed by the tenant until I showed up on time to see it today. I left work early at 4:15pm to see it and got back to work at 6:30pm without having seen it. He was allegedly stuck in traffic for 30 mins when I notified him that i had arrived which is odd considering I'd text him long before that to confirm my attendance and to let me know if anything changed before I departed from work. It was a bait and swicth. He showed one apartment that wasn't available only to get me to come up to see another apt in a different building which was locked and he wasn't there in reasonable timing for me to wait for him to see it. The actual apartment that was available was in 153 Edgecombe and he said it hadn't yet been cleaned and the price was more than the one I came to see. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. He had ample enough time to tell me the apt I wanted to see was not available or that he would be late. He did not value my time or my communication with him and I am no longer interested, which is too bad because I liked the neighborhood.
