The large kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Pets are welcome with a written notification and approval, allowing up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Parking is available for up to four cars in the driveway.

Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. There are cameras outside for security purposes, not pointing to the pool area. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The maximum occupancy is 18 guests, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property.
Includes Wi-Fi, ergonomic chairs, and a spacious area to accommodate remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
