All utilities are included: water, trash, electricity, gas and internet. Minimum lease 3 months. Other options are 6 and 12 month leases. Due at lease signing, first month's rent and security deposits of: 3 month = $500, 6 month = $1000, or 12 month = $2000 - all are refundable if unit is left in the same condition as your walk through.
