The home features three bedrooms with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, another King-size bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen-size bed and Full-size bunkbed in the third bedroom. The open concept living room includes board games and a 'Take a book & leave a book' bookshelf. There are three outdoor living areas: a back patio with seating and BBQ grill, a private dock with seating on Lake Rayburn, and a fire pit in the front yard.
