We are a short walk or bike ride to the beach where you can enjoy the day relaxing or looking for seashells and shark teeth. The ground floor features spacious living and dining areas with sweeping lake and golf course views. Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: king-sized bed in the upstairs master, ground floor king bedroom, and ground floor bedroom with twin beds. Fully furnished with TVs, wi-fi, outfitted modern kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, wash/dryer and use of linens & towels. Garage accommodates one car and includes several bicycles and beach chairs for your convenience as well. Sawgrass is a gated community located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, FL nearby to many local restaurants and shopping areas. We are conveniently located close to the Jacksonville airport, St. Augustine, Amelia Island and the Mayo Clinic. As this is a vacation rental, short-term taxes are collected not reflected in rental price. If pet is pre-approved by owner, pet rental fee applies. Cleaning fee and utility fee apply.
