Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Parties and events are not allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For check-ins from March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.
