If you don't need a third bedroom, there is a smaller third bedroom that may be a great office, hobby room, etc. A washer and dryer has been provided for you too! There is off street parking for two vehicles. There is plenty of street parking too! Parking bans are no problem. Tenants will work together with owner to keep the vehicles off the street during parking bans. The rent is $2,200 and INCLUDES the HEAT, water and sewer. Heat (monitor), stove and hot water are all propane included in the rent. The tenant pays their own electricity, WiFi and other personal expenses. If tenants use the electric heat in the bedrooms, you pay for these. The monitor should be sufficient though, unless it is drastically cold outside.
