LONG-TERM RENTAL POLICY 2025/2026 The monthly base rental fee for long-term rentals is $1,795. The base rental fee does NOT include taxes or the credit card processing fee. Taxes are not required for rentals that are longer than 90 days. No linens will be provided to long term renters after check in. There is a $250 smoking fee for anyone smoking in the rooms or balcony. At the time a long-term reservation is made, the Long-Term Rental Agreement must be completed by the guest and submitted to the office. At the time a long-term reservation is made, the guest must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the rental amount. The Unit will not be reserved until both the Rental Agreement and the deposit are received. All payments must be made by credit card or check. Service Dogs. If a guest is claiming a service dog, they will receive the service dog information sheet and must complete the required service dog form prior to the Check- In Date. Otherwise, no animals are permitted at the property or in the unit.
